Description

Alfa Laval Contherm is a scraped surface heat exchanger designed for continuous heating and cooling of products that can be difficult to process in conventional plate or tubular heat exchangers.

The rotating scraper system continuously removes product from the heat transfer surface, helping to maintain efficient heat transfer and reduce product build-up.

These units are particularly suitable for processing viscous, sticky, crystallizing and heat-sensitive products.
