Reverse Osmosis (RO) Filtration System – Stainless Steel – Industrial Design

Description:
Complete stainless-steel RO filtration unit equipped with automatic valve control and two high-pressure Grundfos multistage feed pumps.
Suitable for water purification, process water, or dairy/food industry applications.

Main components:

• 2 × Grundfos high-pressure pumps, 7.5 kW each (CR/CRE type with frequency control)

• 2 × Pressure vessels for 8” membrane elements (approx. 5–6 membranes per vessel)

• Automatic control valves (pneumatic and electric actuators – Gemü / Bürkert type)

• Flow and pressure sensors for inlet, concentrate, and permeate lines

• All piping and frame in stainless steel

Estimated capacity:

• Feed flow: approx. 24–30 m³/h

• Permeate (clean water): approx. 15–22 m³/h, depending on recovery rate and feed quality

• Operating pressure: 15–18 bar

• Recovery: 60–75%
